Super S-AM (Service Automation) is designed to keep you automatically in the loop on service requests. It works with our on-site team to keep you updated. Here’s how:

1. The resident or homeowner submits a service ticket.

2. The homeowner receives an email to approve sending a trade to investigate.

3. When the homeowner approves, we schedule an appointment for a local trade to come to the home.

4. After all work is completed by the trade, we send a satisfaction survey to the resident and homeowner.

5. Once the survey is completed, we use the responses to improve our process.
